In March I posted a Chicken and Dumpling Casserole that I thought was so delicious. I may have become addicted to it. This has become a regular dish around here, which is unusual since I am always trying new recipes and rarely make the same things twice. (Except pizza of course!) For whatever reason, the pictures in my original post were terrible less than desirable, and since I’ve made this so frequently, I have had the opportunity to take lots more pics 🙂 So, I thought I would highlight this recipe today and ask you all to check out the updated pictures and recipe (find it HERE).
