Kids are smelly. Let’s talk #FebrezeCar & GIFTCARD #GIVEAWAY! {#ad}

This is a sponsored post for SheSpeaks/Febreze. As always, all opinions are my own. Especially the one about smelly kids.

Let’s take a second to reflect on the state of my car. I know, I was just talking about my car and it’s tires, but when you spend as much time up and down the road as I do, it’s like my home away from home. The kids must feel this way too, because I find ALL kinds of stuff in my car…food wrappers, cups, multiple water bottles, clothing items, etc.

Now that Spring sports have started, I can add balls, knee pads, shin guards, SOCKS, cleats, etc. to the misc. stuff left in the car. What do you think happens when all that stuff accumulates? Well, let me just say…it lost it’s “new car smell” really fast.

Thankfully, Febreze, that we trust to make our homes smell good, has come to the rescue with Febreze Car Vent Clips. Sold at Wal-Mart, you can pick one up and quickly and easily clip it to any vent in your car. It begins releasing a refreshing scent immediately and last up to 30 days. It makes the time spent in my car much more enjoyable!

Since I want you to enjoy any upcoming road trips you may have, or to eliminate smelly kid odor, I am offering a giveaway for a $25 Walmart gift card to one lucky reader. All you need to do is complete the Rafflecopter form below (if you are viewing this in an email, you will need to open the post up in your browser for the form to load)

  1. OMG I remember when my son hit high school and go into football. Where was Fabreze when I needed it??? Hahahaha!!!! Now I have grandbabies. They are just as smelly. <3

  2. I would say the smells from outside. I hate driving through an area and all of a sudden there is a horrible smell in the car.

  3. When I accidentally left a gallon of milk in the car and it was leaking. Of course this happened on a hot summer day. Needless to say the next day didn't smell so pretty.

  4. My stinkiest car situation is my daughter's food and drink spills on my carpet and seats.

  5. I one time got gas odor in my car (someone spilled it at a gas station) and I don't think I've ever gotten it out. It smells like a robot died in my car. Not an organic smell, but a chemical one.

  6. The worst was when I was helping my parents move and had the ice chest with frozen food… a small package of lamb chops got lost in the shuffle and didn't make it out of the trunk…phew, what a smell!

  7. My toughest odor is my daughter's smelly feet. She plays softball for a couple of teams so her stuff has to stay in our car. You can smell her stinky cleats from inside her bag. I would love to get rid of that smell. Thank you!

  8. The lingering smells of take out and mud that is tracked in the car on rainy days. We rarely eat or leave things in my car, but it is just nice to have a pleasant scent in the car with the help of the Febreze clips.

  9. I think the toughest odors in my car are when the kids get in after practice and take off their smelly sneakers Yuck!!

  10. Thank You for the giveaway…sweaty kids from sports practice, our dog, and the occasional forgotten piece of fruit are some of the odors of which we contend.
